Special Instructions
When you first use sertraline, it may take 4-6 weeks (or more) before your symptoms improve. But don’t feel discouraged if you do not see results with sertraline right away; the response may take some time to develop. Some people feel much better after only a few days of taking sertraline, while others take weeks or even months before they notice an improvement.
